This provides the trust and safety to address difficulties and work towards change. Clarabella values the individuality of each person she works with. She supports the person to identify their goals for therapy and enhances their strengths to achieve these.
Clarabella is experienced in a number of therapies, including Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mentalization-Based Treatment, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
